Aman Hambleton, age 25, is Canada’s newest Grandmaster! Although originally from Toronto, he is currently living in Montreal.
Aman started playing chess at a very young age but made his mark in the International scene in 2012 when he gained upwards of 250 ELO in less than a year, achieving his IM title in 2013. Aman just completed the requirements for the Grandmaster title in December 2017, achieving his third and final norm along with a FIDE rating of 2501.
Now, he is concentrating his efforts into the Chessbrah stream full-time, with a lot of exciting projects coming up in 2018. Aman will be playing very actively during the 2018 PROchess season for the Montreal Chessbrahs
